Growth and Development is a important topic to achieve good marks in CTET exam. Let's just understand this:

Growth: Physical growth is considered mainly in Growth. 

Growth is measurable you can count, like height, weight etc. (quantitively)

Development: Overall growth whether it is physically, emotionally (also c/a Psycho-motor), social aspects. 

There are 5 stages: from prenatal to adolescence.
